About VHMX

We have been on the other side of the quote

Virtual Hangar was built by people who have operated aircraft, managed flight departments, and signed maintenance invoices that no one outside the shop could fully explain.

Why we built VHMX

Visibility and leverage, on the owner's side

We started VHMX because the people who own and operate aircraft deserve the same visibility and leverage that the rest of the market takes for granted.

Business aviation runs on relationships and trust, and that will not change. But trust works better when both sides can see clearly. VHMX brings transparency to maintenance pricing, gives owners and operators a real way to compare and negotiate, and gives quality Part 145 repair stations a fair shot at winning the work they are built for.

We are an aviation company first and a technology company second. Everything we build starts with how the industry actually works: Part 91 and Part 135 operations, Part 145 repair stations, inspection programs, and the daily reality of keeping aircraft airworthy and available.

The work is done by people: maintenance controllers and parts specialists who have spent careers in this industry, reading quotes line by line, working supplier networks, and running maintenance events start to finish. We build technology in-house to make those people faster, and it stays behind them. The people are the point.

Our mission

Put owners and operators on equal footing, and reward the shops that do great work

Aviation first

We build for how flight departments and repair stations actually operate, not for how software wishes they did.

Transparency by default

Clear scope, clear pricing, clear comparisons. The information you need to decide is the information you get.

Both sides win

Owners get leverage, and the best shops get a fair shot at the work. Good outcomes for both, every time.

The team

Built by operators

Leadership and team bios coming soon.
