These terms govern your use of the websites, platform, and services operated by Virtual Hangar, Inc. ("Virtual Hangar," "we," "us"), including the VHMX marketplace and VHMC maintenance control services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms.
Virtual Hangar provides business aviation maintenance support: parts sourcing, maintenance control and AOG coordination, and maintenance quote analysis with competitive bidding. Owners, operators, repair stations, and suppliers register on the platform, and our team performs services on their behalf as described on this site.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
Virtual Hangar facilitates transactions between customers and third parties such as parts vendors and FAA-certified Part 145 repair stations. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the purchase contract for parts or repair work is between you and that third party. Vendors invoice you directly; our sourcing or service fees are itemized separately. We vet counterparties and paperwork as described on this site, but we are not the seller of parts and not the repair station performing the work.
Final decisions on airworthiness, return-to-service, and regulatory compliance rest with the appropriately certificated persons responsible for the aircraft, including the owner, operator, and the mechanics and repair stations performing the work. Our analyses, benchmarks, and recommendations are informational support, not a substitute for those responsibilities.
Fees for our services are disclosed before you commit and itemized on every order or engagement. You approve every decision that costs money before it happens. Amounts owed to third-party vendors and shops are payable directly to them on their terms.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (quotes, records, listings) and grant us the license needed to operate the services on your behalf. The platform, site, and our marks remain the property of Virtual Hangar, Inc.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the performance of third-party vendors or repair stations, part condition beyond the documentation provided, or shipping timelines outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Hangar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or aircraft availability, arising from use of the services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event.
You agree to indemnify Virtual Hangar against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the services.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
