No registration fee. No subscription. No charge to request a quote, compare quotes, or walk away from all of them. You pay only when you buy, and by then the comparison has already done its work.
To register your aircraft or repair station
To submit a parts request or maintenance event
To receive and compare quotes
There is no trial, no tier, and no annual minimum. You are not buying software. You are handing us a job you are currently doing yourself.
VHMX earns nothing until you accept a quote. By then the work is already in your hands: competing quotes collected, compliance checked, compared side by side, with our recommendation on which one we would take and why.
Our fee appears as one disclosed line on the quote itself, next to the hours you did not spend on the phone and the spread between the quotes you compared. That is where we want you to judge it. It is calculated the same way on every quote, so we never earn more by steering you toward one supplier over another.
If you accept no quote, you owe nothing. If you take our sourcing work and buy elsewhere, you owe nothing.
We would rather lose one transaction than have you wonder whether the recommendation was ours or the vendor's.
One AOG part on a Friday afternoon.
You call nine suppliers. Four do not have it. Two will not quote until Monday. One has it without an 8130, so it is not installable. One is at three times book. The last one has it, in the wrong hemisphere, with a lead time you cannot use.
You made every one of those calls while fielding the crew, the passengers, the trip that is now late, and the owner who wants to know when it moves.
That is four hours of phone work to arrive at one usable option. It is also the third time this quarter.
You send a part number. We work the supplier network, filter out anything that is not installable on your airframe, and come back with a priced, compliance-checked field and a recommendation on which one we would take and why.
We are not selling you a discount. We are selling you the four hours, and the fact that you were not the one making the calls.
None of the above carries a charge. All of it is available before you have spent a dollar with us.
Aircraft make, model, and registration number. Two minutes.
A part number, or a description of the maintenance event. Email, phone, or the portal.
Multiple options, priced, compliance-checked, with our read on each.
Accept one, or none. Either way you keep the comparison, and there is nothing to discover later.
No implementation. No onboarding call required. If you would rather skip registration entirely and just send us a part number to see how we work, do that instead.

No. There is no term, no minimum, and nothing to cancel.
Then request quotes and do not buy. That is a normal outcome and it costs you nothing. We would rather be your second call on twenty parts than your only call on one.
No. We respond to requests you send us. We do not run a call cadence, and there is no follow-up sequence attached to registering.
No. You see the supplier quote. Our fee is a disclosed line on top of it, not a margin folded into the price.
Because our fee is calculated the same way regardless of which quote you accept. We have no financial reason to prefer one supplier over another, and we will tell you when the cheapest option is the wrong one.
Nothing beyond the fee on whatever parts or services you end up purchasing. Coordination is not billed separately.
Send a part number. See what comes back. Decide from there.
